A: No,there are no fixed fees. You only pay for the messages that you use.
Q: How can you cover networks that other SMS providers can't ?
A: We are not an aggregator/reseller of bulk SMS but work directly with mobile operators. That allows us to send the SMS messages through the different mobile networks with highest priority and quality.
Q: Why do you need my mobile number for signing up ?
A: We ask for some basic personal data to verify that you are a real person and avoid spam and other missuse of the system. We will not in any way use this data or resell it, its only for verification purposes..
Q: Do I have to have a company to use the system?
A: No, you can sign up as an individual or a company, you will get the same low Network in all cases.
Q: In what currencies can I buy SMS and what payment options do you have?
A: Currently we can charge SMS in US Dollars, Euros and Pound Sterling,. You choose the currency in your account and we provide Google checkout and Paypal as payment options.
Q: Can I send binary content (wap push), ringtones etc with your system?
A: Yes you can, as long as the destination network allows it.
Q: Can I send SMS that contain Arabic, Chineese etc. characters?
A: Yes you can, our system supports the Unicode character set that allows you to send SMS messages with characters outside the latin character set.
Q: Can I add SMS services to my own website?
A: Yes you can. With our API you can send SMS. The documentation is availiable on the Z2i.com website..
