When you contact Z2i Communication Ltd we will ask you to supply certain information so we can respond to your enquiry. This will include such things as your name, email address, telephone number and the nature of your enquiry. This information will be kept on file should you contact us again in the future. If you become a customer or join our mailing list then occasionally we will use your information to contact you with news of special offers or new services which might be of interest. Typically, we do not contact you more often than a few times per month and we will only do so via email or SMS.

Under no circumstances shall Z2i Communication be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, third party or consequential damages resulting from the use or the impossibility of use of the Z2i products and services.
All these provisions are subject to UK law. In the event of a dispute, UK courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
